Where We Ship

United States only at launch. International shipping is on the roadmap once we work out customs declarations for "novelty paper goods printed with broken oaths."

How We Ship

We ship via USPS and UPS from our 3PL partner in Los Angeles, California. Flat $4.99 shipping & handling on every order, regardless of how many rolls you buy.

How Long It Takes

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is generated.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ consecutive days and the package hasn't arrived 21+ days after ship date, contact us. We'll open a carrier inquiry. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we re-ship at no charge.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your local post office — that resolves most of these. Packages marked delivered by the carrier are between you, the carrier, and (if relevant) local authorities. We can't help with those.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, with three exceptions that get you a free replacement (no return required): damaged in transit, material printing defect, or wrong item shipped. Full details on the Customer Service page.

Wrong Address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll hold it for 14 days. Send us the corrected address and we'll re-ship — you pay the actual postage cost for the re-ship. If 14 days pass with no corrected address, we cancel and refund the product price (not original S&H). If the carrier delivered to the address you typed, we can't help, even if it was the wrong address.
