Everything you wanted to ask, plus a few things you didn't.
Do I have to log my wipe?
No. Logging is optional. The public Honor Roll entry is a $9.99 add-on at checkout. You can send a roll anonymously, keep it to yourself, or skip logging entirely. But where's the fun in that?
What happens if I don't get the email?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us from the email address you used for the order — we'll resend or manually create your link.
Can I log multiple wipes from one order?
Yes. If you bought a 4-pack, your link lets you log 4 wipes — one for each roll. Log them one at a time, one per person.
Why do you need the recipient's city and state?
For the state-by-state leaderboard. It helps visitors find patterns and see where the most broken promises are coming from. We do not collect or display street addresses.
Can my wipe be removed later?
If you change your mind, email us with your order number and we'll remove it. Recipients who feel aggrieved can also request removal and we'll evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
Is this real toilet paper?
Yes. It's fully functional single-ply toilet paper printed with the broken promise of your choice. Use it, mail it, frame it — your call.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our Los Angeles fulfillment center within 1-2 business days. Standard US shipping takes 3-7 business days after that.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. US only at launch. International shipping coming once volume justifies the logistics.
What's your return policy?
30 days, unopened, buyer pays return shipping. Defective items follow the same return process, but we credit return postage once we receive the roll. Full details on the Customer Service page.
How much is a roll?
$9.99 a roll, plus shipping calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Impulse-priced on purpose. Everything else is optional.
What are the add-ons?
Two, both optional. "We send it for you" (+$4.99) means we mail the roll straight to the target, so you never touch the post office. The Honor Roll entry (+$9.99) logs the deed on the public wall. Pick either, both, or neither.
How does "We send it for you" work?
At checkout you enter the recipient's address as the shipping address, and your card's billing address stays yours. We mail it to them for you. US only for now.
Can I buy different rolls for different people in one order?
Not when you're using add-ons. The moment you add a shipping preference or an Honor Roll entry, your cart can hold only one type of roll, because a single order ships to a single address. To send different rolls to different people with add-ons, place a separate order for each recipient. Plain rolls with no add-ons can still be mixed in one cart.
Why can I only add one of each add-on?
One order, one address, one deed. Each add-on caps at one per order. Sending to more than one person? Place one order per target.
Is this legal?
Yes. Sending a novelty product through USPS with a return address is legal expression. The Honor Roll publishes names and cities only — no accusations, no stories, no addresses. Your First Amendment rights are intact.
Could the recipient sue me?
Lawsuits require damages and legally-recognized harm. A roll of novelty toilet paper with a public document printed on it doesn't meet that bar. That said, we're not your lawyer — use judgment.
Can I send it anonymously?
You can, but we recommend against it. A clear return address signals that this is deliberate commentary, not harassment. It also keeps you compliant with USPS regulations.
What's the charity donation about?
10% of every sale goes to a charity related to the oath broken. Hippocratic Oath rolls fund patient advocacy groups. Marriage Vows rolls fund divorce support orgs. And so on.
Who's behind this?
The Last Wipe is a small, independent operation run out of Los Angeles. Founded by someone who got the runaround one too many times and decided to do something about it.
Can I suggest a new product?
Yes. Use the contact form with the document or oath you'd like to see printed. If there's demand, we'll add it to the lineup.
